End User License Agreement

License

NubeStack ("NubeStack", "we", "us") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software during your trial or paid subscription, for the number of seats you hold, each by one named person on up to 2 devices, or as stated in a deployment license.

Trial

The free trial may be used for evaluation only. When it ends, features that require a subscription stop working; other features may continue as described in the product documentation.

Restrictions

• The software is licensed, not sold. No part of it may be copied, redistributed, reverse engineered or used to create a derivative work without our prior written permission, except where the law expressly allows it.
• You must not remove or circumvent license checks, alter license files, or use license keys or files outside your organisation.
• You are responsible for complying with export control and sanctions laws that apply to your use.

Third-party AI providers

If you connect the software to an AI provider, your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with it. Its charges are yours. The software sends content to the provider only as described in its documentation, after local redaction.

Third-party components

The software includes third-party components under their own licenses, listed in the notices supplied with the software.

Disclaimer and liability

The software proposes commands; you decide whether to run them and remain responsible for the systems you operate. Except as required by law, the software is provided "as is", and our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
