Every installer is listed with its SHA-256 checksum. Verify it before installing, especially before carrying it into a restricted network.

Compare the output with the checksum above. They must match exactly.

Carrying installers into an air-gapped network? Keep the checksum with the file and verify it again on the inside before installing.
