Deployment License Terms
Additional terms for organisation-wide license files used where machines cannot be activated individually.

Purpose
A deployment license lets an organisation license machines in environments where no data may leave the site. It is not tied to specific machines, so its seat count is a contractual commitment rather than a technical limit.
Your commitments
- Use the software under a deployment license by no more people than the number of seats stated in the license file.
- Use it only within the organisation named in the license and within the environments described in your request.
- Keep license files confidential and store them only in your own systems.
- Do not use the same seats with license keys while they are reserved for a deployment license.
Verification
Once per year, on reasonable written notice, we may ask you to confirm in writing the number of people using the software under each deployment license. If usage exceeded the licensed seats, you agree to purchase the additional seats from the date the excess began.
Renewal and revocation
License files expire shortly after the paid period they cover; renewed files are made available after each payment. We may revoke a deployment license if these terms are breached or the payment for it is reversed. Revoked files are listed in the revocation list distributed with software updates.
